There are two APNs for the subject property. APN# 054420024000 contains 40.45 AC and APN# 054420025000 contains 40.0 AC, for a total of 80.45 AC. Approximately 71.2% of the subject property consists of type 115, Imperial-Glenbar silty clay, and 18.5% of the property is Type 110, Holtville silty clay. To a lessor extent, 5.3% of the ranch is Type 142, Vint Loamy very fine sand, and 3.82% of the ranch is Type 122, Meloland very fine sandy loam. These soils are suitable for all general field crops like Alfalfa, Klein Grass, Bermuda Grass and Sugar Beets. Additionally, the ranch can produce certain vegetable crops like Broccoli, Market Onions, Seed Onions and Sweet Corn. The ranch has been laser leveled, and a half mile of new cement ditch was installed in 2016.
