Northeast Cleveland offers a prime location along Lake Erie and just a short drive from downtown Cleveland, 20 minutes away via Interstate 90. Other key employment nodes are easily accessible, as well, via Interstate 480 and multiple state and U.S. routes that cross the area. One of Cleveland’s top employers, Progressive Insurance, is headquartered just south in Mayfield Village. Williams Memorial Woods, Buttermilk Falls, and North Chagrin Nature Center.
Northeast Cleveland is one of the area’s largest office nodes, with 9.5 million square feet of space. Steady demand has resulted in a limited inventory of available space, with a vacancy rate well below the market average.
