ThompsonRoad (recently increased from 2 to 5 lanes),
State Highway 330 (Decker Road) and W. Cedar Bayou
Lynchburg Road. East and west bound exits for
Thompson Road are available from Interstate 10.
Entrance ramps are also availablein either direction.
Along the eastern border of the Property is the main
Union Pacific rail line. Spur and access to UP' s main
rail line are a possibility.
Water and wastewater provided by the City of Baytown
In City MUD 473 - MUD has been formed, but has not
been activated.
The Property is located in Baytown, Texas approximately 18
miles east of downtown Houston on Interstate 10 minutes
from the Houston Ship Channel. It is midway between Sam
Houston Parkway East and State Highway 146.
