Brad Is also an avid Pickleball Player, he has been playing competitively for the last 2 years traveling around the country and participating in tournaments and different competitions.

Rich Young, Jr. | SIOR, President
Rich is passionate about helping clients throughout the North Dallas area evaluate their real estate needs and determine the best strategies for leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. Over the past eight years, Rich Jr. has been responsible for 800+ deals in excess of $500MM in consideration and overall 7MM Square feet. With a tenacious drive to deliver value and an entrepreneurial mindset, he has dedicated himself to serving his customers with integrity to find the right opportunities within the marketplace. Rich started his career in Advisory Services at Ernst & Young in Dallas, where he focused on manufacturing, private equity, technology, and aerospace clients. Throughout his time at EY, he was known for delivering top-notch service to his clients and serving as a true business advisor. Rich is a Board Member of the Yellow Rose Gala (Multiple Sclerosis Society) and the University of Oklahoma Club of Dallas. He enjoys volunteering for Junior Achievement and rooting for the Cowboys and Mavs.
