About Northeast Dallas

The Northeast Dallas area is a well-established, in-town industrial center in the metroplex. The area is diverse and can be segmented by areas inside LBJ Freeway and outside LBJ Freeway. The largest concentration of industrial tenants fall outside of LBJ Freeway towards Garland.
