3 Below Theaters is hoping to lease Sunday mornings to a Church who would like to rent the space for services on. The Church that partnered with the venue did not make it through the pandemic and has not returned. Our venue has three theaters, each with its own amenities, and improvements are being made on a regular basis to ensure we are meeting the needs of modern event producers. Each theater has lighting, sound, projection and screens. The large theater, Theater 3, seats 177-239 with fixed seating and a stage. Theater 2 is a smaller theater with portable theater seating and a small stage, seats 65-87. Theater 1 is a flat space which can be configured in many ways, seats 85. The venue has a lobby with a working cafe and public restrooms.
