Lakeview Campground is part of Indian Point village, of the Branson, MO micropolitan statistical area, which is home to Silver Dollar City, numerous other resorts serving the Branson area, and within 2.5 miles of the famous Branson strip consisting of an assortment of restaurants, shopping, word-class shows, and much more. The campground consists of 46 full-hook up (30-amp and 50-amp) RV sites, 3 park model cabins, a full restaurant and bar (Pzazz Bar and Grill) with newly installed pool and expanded deck/patio, general store, laundry area, bath house with 5 private baths, owner’s condo, and much more. There is room for an additional 10 cabins on the property and opportunity to expand and increase revenue in various ways.
The park has seen a steady increase in revenues over the past 4 years since the current owners purchased the property. Among other things, most of the increased revenues can be attributed to increased marketing and recent capital improvements. However, there are still various ways a new owner can quickly increase revenue. In addition to nightly/monthly/seasonal renters, the park leased the restaurant space to Pzazz Bar and Grill in 2021 with 3 years remaining on the lease. From 2021 to 2022, Pzazz saw their sales increase by 32% and has become a hit in the area for live music, their food/drink, and atmosphere which includes a newly installed pool and patio/deck area.
The park is currently hitting its stride and shows no signs of letting up heading into 2023.
