All of the duplexes are furnished. Most of the duplexes have 2 single beds in both bedrooms and some i.e about 4 or so have a day bed couch in the great room with a pull out trundle as well that can make it almost a king bed. Under one of the duplexes is a commercial laundry with a 2 commercial Speed queen Washer and dryer, also there is room for 2 more washers and 2 more dryers. The main building/meeting room and owners suite: This building was used for entertainment or meetings mostly. It has a grand entrance with double doors, a huge exterior deck with AMAZING views, the main meeting area is all wired for surround sound, and Is also equipped with special lighting. There are a number of chairs in the room and it has a HUGE wood burning fireplace as well. There is a men’s and women’s public bathroom i.e. 2 stalls for women, a urinal and 1 stall for mens. There is a kitchen area for the main area with a sink and 2 dishwashers and cabinets etc which can be closed off with curtains so it is not noticeable if you have a gathering. On the back side of this building and connected by a hall is an owners suite with a king bed, a wood burning fireplace a full kitchen and a washer/dryer as well as a full bath with dual sinks and a tub shower. The Office area and commercial kitchen/dining room: This building has a full commercial kitchen with 3 wolf gas stoves, it also has a huge stainless steel prep area and island and is stocked with dishes and cooking stuff. The dining area has about 8 tables with chairs and another large Gas fireplace. The kitchen and dining area are all Tile. There is also a men’s and women’s bath both with showers in this main building. There is a door that can separate it from the office area which has 1 large room and 2 offices which are about 13X14 approx. These all have new carpet and the hallway will have new laminate installed. Next to the office/main kitchen is a 1 car garage and storage area, it contains 2 washers and dryers as well as room to park 1 car. Just above the Garage is one of the well houses: It contains 3 pressure tanks and also a lot of storage area and it’s almost the size of a 2 car garage. It has a lot of stuff that would be useful for the property. There is one other building which is called the store/Exercise Room: it’s a 1 room building with a gas wall heater, and wall A/C Unit previously used as an exercise room/ building it is all carpet with a deck out front. There are 2 wells on the property 1 was at around 35 gallons a minute when tested back in 2003 with a 5 horse pump which is brand new, and the 2nd well which is a backup well that can run the whole complex at about 17 gallons a minute in the past i.e. 2003.
