About the Property
The lease is considered a “white box” which allows the tenant to modify the interior of their space as they see fit. All gas lines, electrical, sewer and water lines that lead up to the main line will be the responsibility of the tenant. The HVAC system, roof, and any other items exterior of the space will be the responsibility of LJC Commercial.
