The Clarke Motel is located on M 28 in Strongs, Michigan. Built originally in 1957 for the onslaught of tourists after the completion of the Mackinaw Bridge. It was purchased in 1993 by the current owners and has been meticulously cared for and brought up to todays standards for all 9 rooms. A circulating pump for the hot water gives each room instant hot water.From the old school neon sign on the road to each room decorated with the ⬜up north⬠feel, along with new beds and flat screens in 2015. The on site home they live in is 1300 square feet with a full finished basement. There are two wood boilers on the property which heat the home and the work shop. The current owners have been here 23 years and are ready for that special someone to take over for them. A great client base with summer time bikers along with repeat customers keeps them occupied along with snowmobilers in the winter time. There is so much more to this property than just a motel.
