Location Overview: The city of Craig, Colorado is a city located within Moffat County approximately 40 miles west of Steamboat Springs, 85 miles east of Dinosaur (Utah border) and 40 miles south of the Wyoming border. Craig is the county seat and population center of Moffat County; in 2018 Craig represented 67% of the county’s total population (Source: US Census Bureau).
