Welcome to The Vine Medical Center, where we provide premier exam room rentals for healthcare professionals. We are a mega-clinic located through DFW Metroplex equipped with an in-office sleep lab with plenty of space to rent for your needs. Our offices are: 6251 Oakmont Blvd Fort Worth, TX 76132 across Walmart in Fort Worth, and 921 E FM 1187 Crowley, TX 76036 next to the Walmart in Crowley, and 1661 Eastchase Parkway Fort Worth, TX 76126 located across Eastchase Plaza. Our modern exam rooms are fully equipped with an ICU
hospital bed, phone, and computer and internet.
For medical physicians: For half day use for 3 rooms is a total of $500 a month. Our whole day use rental rate is $700 per 3 rooms per 4 days a month. If you rent 3 furniture rooms for 8 days a month our deal consists of a total of $1,300 a month. If you rent the 3 rooms 5 days a week the total per month is $3,600. If you take 6 rooms for 5 days a week the total is $5,000 per month. If you commit for 1-5 years, you can place a sign on the business billboard on the street in both the Eastchase and Grapevine locations. The real estate agent commission is 4% of the leasing period.
For sleep physicians: You can send your patients to our clinic to complete their sleep studies and we will bill technical, and you can bill professionally for reading. We also offer room availability to conduct sleep study sessions with advanced medical equipment in an 8-hour shift daytime. Our clinic is comprised of 15 exam rooms and is located across Chick Fil A which is located perfectly for exposure. You are allowed to place your removable sign on the door. For sleep physicians, we have a promotion to do your sleep study
sessions in office which includes the full service such as the technician, report scoring, DME orders, and the physician reads and bills for him/herself globally. Our sleep rooms are equipped with Alice 6. The promotion is 3 sleep study sessions for one night is at $1,200. The longer the lease and more rooms rented, the more discounts that can be added on.
