Surrounding uses: North – Regional Transit light rail tracks South - Industrial East – Across Power Inn Road are the light rail station and Granite Park which includes a large concentration of government office space West – vacant land owned by California State University Sacramento for future development The Property’s MRD-SW zoning permits a multitude of potential uses.
