Rent Types
The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Kate Weiser began her sweet journey early in life. As she grew, so did her extensive dessert cookbook collection. Kate enjoyed baking in her family kitchen and sharing her creations with friends and neighbors. She continued her passion by attending California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Upon graduation in 2005, she returned to her hometown and worked in various restaurants including Pachamama’s of Lawrence, Kansas and Kansas City’s 4 star restaurant, Bluestem under pastry chef Megan Garrelts and James Beard Award winner, Colby Garrelts. After 4 years of perfecting her chocolate craft, Kate created her own chocolate company – Kate Weiser Chocolate, in Trinity Groves in August, 2014 and has since expanded her brand to NorthPark Center in 2016 and the Shops at Clearfork in 2018. She also partners with Neiman Marcus nationwide and was on the coveted Oprah’s Favorite Things List for 2018.

Paul Cooke, Vice President
He currently works with tenants including F45 Fitness, Mayweather Boxing, Fatburger, Cabinet Warehouse and Craft Beer Market and has gained valuable experience on the landlord and investment side working with highly regarded groups such as UDR, Crow Holdings, Matthews Southwest, and Fortress.
