Rent Types


The rent amount and type that the tenant (lessee) will be responsible to pay to the landlord (lessor) throughout the lease term is negotiated prior to both parties signing a lease agreement. Kate Weiser began her sweet journey early in life. As she grew, so did her extensive dessert cookbook collection. Tiernan earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Mills College in Oakland, California. She enjoys playing golf, Mahjong, Hollywood Gin Rummy, and Texas Hold’em Poker.
Paul Cooke, Vice President
Paul Cooke III serves in the role of Vice President | Brokerage at The Retail Connection. Paul specializes in tenant rep, project leasing, pad site and restaurant sales, and sourcing investment opportunities for his clients. Paul was awarded with The Retail Connection’s 2021 Rookie of the Year Award for being the company’s top producing young agent.
