Part of our outdoor flower farm located in Valley Center is available for lease. Our 21.5-acre farm currently produces seasonal flowers for cut floral arrangements such as sunflowers, miniature pumpkins, wax flowers, etc. Our farm has excellent sources of water, natural sun light, limited power, and a consistent ocean breeze. Heavy equipment onsite available for use (ie. Tractor work, disking, loading/unloading, forklift, etc.)
About: 5 acres available for rent. All or part of the 5-acre plot is currently available. Lease as little as 1 acre or all 5 acres to expand your current flower growing operation. Hoop houses and greenhouses are allowed, but not included. Tenants are permitted to build out their plot as desired.
Utilities: City water available via 2” watermain at 135psi on agricultural rate of $0.008/gallon. SDGE power available on select lots, please contact for details. Power ranges from 3-phase 240-amp meters to limited single phase service and no electrical service depending on the lot(s).

Zoning: We are zoned for agricultural use. Although we currently operate as a flower farm, the space can be used in many ways. We are seeking a succulent grower, flower farmer or small nursery to lease the land however we are open to other uses such as a wood mill, lumber yard, or any creative use of the land that would not disturb the current flower farming operations.
Location: Located in north county San Diego, we are just inland of Carlsbad and 10 minutes of the I-15 freeway. The farm is easily accessible via truck & trailer, 18-wheelers, etc. The farm is safe and secure, it’s tucked in between a 20-acre horse ranch and a small residential community.
Lease Terms: Minimum 1 year lease required. 1st, last, deposit due at signing. Tenant pays utilities. Background and credit check required by landlord. Tenant improvements (greenhouses, etc.) allowed at tenant’s expense with landlord approval. Tenants allowed first right of refusal to secure more land as it becomes available. No RV parking. No living on the premises.
