You could rent the entire building and offer all of the services she did, or rent the entire building and you run the bed and breakfast and rent out other rooms to a nail salon, a hair person (people). You could even live at the property and run it while living there. Some of the attached pictures are how it looked when our last tenant was there, it is still BEAUTIFUL as in the pictures but some of the contents are gone and alot of it is still there and goes with the rental/lease. You must be financially stable, have money to start a business and the desire to succeed and you will. You can even hire others that have a following and I can get you the past email addresses of all of the past customers to announce your grand opening and word will spread like wild fire.
