3101 and 3103 Central Ave. NE, owned for generations by the Samaras family, were extensively renovated in 2007 to accomodate the Inbibe bar. The $1M plus renovation included replacement of the major structural elements, the plumbing, and the electrical as well as the addition of new high capacity HVAC systems, gernerous commercial bathrooms, and the upstairs patio and bar. Inbibe, for many years one of Albuquerque's busiests night clubs, closed in late 2019. The property is now available for a new enterprise, perhaps a restaurant, night, club, retail or similar.
