This auction offers online bidding only for two convenience stores located in western Kansas. The locations (Turon and Minneola) both have excellent highway access and well developed commercial lots. Turon, Kansas: This location consists of a convenience store (closed) which sets on 1.22+/- acres and is located at 311 East K61 Highway in Turon, Kansas. Turon is a Kansas farm community which is located between Hutchinson and Pratt Kansas in Reno County. Hwy 61 is a well-traveled Highway and the location an opportunity to own their own business. This building is metal construction with refrigeration units, restroom facilities, counter space and much more.
