This property features: 2 5000 KVA Transformers 10 MEGAWATTS 6 MW of generator capacity (3 @ 1400, 1@1500) The generators are supplied by 3 6000 gal underground storage tanks. At 80% facility load capacity the tanks will provide approximately 72 hours of run time, before fuel is required. The Electrical system consist of separate A & B electrical paths. Each (A & B) path consists of 2 ATS switches, Distribution switchgear, UPS System (4 module, 750 KVA each) giving a total of 3000KVA / 2400 KW. Each path has an additional single UPS module of 300 KVA (C&D system) which adds an additional 300KVA / 270 KW. This gives the site a total UPS capacity of 2670 KW per side at 100%. The A & B UPS system uses 60 4 cell flooded cell batteries for each modules dedicated string. These battery strings are rated at full load capacity for 15min. The C & D UPS System uses 3 strings of 40 6 cell VRLA batteries dedicated to each module. These battery strings are rated at f ull load capacity for 15min. Both electrical paths combine to feed STS switches which are dedicated to a PDU. This allows the PDU to be fed from either source. As well as to automatically transferring to the alternate source should the primary selected source have a failure, t his will happen without any load (customer) interruption being experienced. The Cooling system used in the facility is a mix of 20 and 30 ton CRAC units. The raised floor has 39 units with a cooling ca pac ity of 829 Tons or 2614 KW. Fire suppression system is a Pre Action (Dry Pipe) system. The system has coverage of above ceiling, below ceiling, and under raised floor. The raised floor is 24” above slab.
