PROPERTY HISTORY The original parcel of approximately 100 acres has been under RA ownership for 14 years. Two additional parcels to provide highway frontage were acquired in 2017. The 105-acre development was platted and zoned in 2017 as a “Planned Development” for industrial uses. The entire property located inside the Burleson city limits with direct access to 16" water, 8" sewer, 8" gas and three-phase electric served by two substations. Regional detention has been constructed and is maintained by the Property Owners Association. EXISTING TENANTS A 40-acre parcel on the southern side of the addition was purchased by McLane Classic Foods, a food and beverage manufacturer that opened a 120,000 square foot facility in mid-2019.
