R.A. Development completed the development of 105 acres in Burleson, Texas, on the east side of Interstate 35W, south of Bethesda Road as an industrial center known as Highpoint East Business Park. At ultimate buildout, RA expects up to 10 property owners to purchase the developed land and to construct a manufacturing, distribution or headquarters location.

RA, through its owner and Burleson-native Rocky Bransom, has managed the purchase and development of over 2000 acres of property inside the City of Burleson, leading to several thousand residential lots and commercial parcels in a thirty-year history.
PROPERTY HISTORY
The original parcel of approximately 100 acres has been under RA ownership for 14 years. Two additional parcels to provide highway frontage were acquired in 2017. The 105-acre development was platted and zoned in 2017 as a “Planned Development” for industrial uses. The entire property located inside the Burleson city limits with direct access to 16" water, 8" sewer, 8" gas and three-phase electric served by two substations. Regional detention has been constructed and is maintained by the Property Owners Association.
EXISTING TENANTS
A 40-acre parcel on the southern side of the addition was purchased by McLane Classic Foods, a food and beverage manufacturer that opened a 120,000 square foot facility in mid-2019.

Various parcels are available that range from 3 acres to 25 acres. Build-to-suit option is also available.
