Sage Hill Vineyard & Winery is a small family-operated vineyard and winery located in Dundy County, Nebraska. Established in 2003 overlooking Rock Creek. Traversing through the property is Rock Creek which is perfect for a nice tube ride or a quick trip in a kayak. The creek allows for many recreational activities on this property. This setting has become a wonderful escape into the age old art of viticulture and winemaking. Sage Hill began with the planting of 960 French Hybrid varietal wine grapes on property historically referred to as the Ewing Place. The land was purchased from Tecker Ranch and has been a family effort from day one. Hal and Carol Walker designed, built, and continue to develop this enterprise into a functioning winery destination in southwest Nebraska. The building features a Tuscanesque style tasting room on the southwest Nebraska prairie, where you can experience many varietal wines and browse through the gift shop.
