Live Oak Wilt: This area of Kendall County has been hit by Live Oak Wilt and many live oaks were lost on this property. We haven’t seen new cases of oak wilt but it is unpredictable. Road Frontage: There is road frontage on 2 sides of the property with the Waring Welfare Road being the one utilized. Waring Welfare Road frontage is approx. 1350 feet. Majestic Oaks Drive frontage is approximately 1280 feet.
