The Trail Plaza Shopping Center is comprised of three individual, but connected, in a mid-century style building consisting of approximately 68,000 square feet on 5.73 acres. The zoning designation of NT is a special designation designed to accommodate the commercial properties along the North Trail. The center is declining in structural integrity and further use would require significant rehabilitation. The question is to what purpose and cost?
