EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Village C Master plan designates the property as “Neighborhood General” which would allow the property to develop at a maximum of 5 dwelling units an acre, but to exercise this option, the property owner would need to rezoning the property to a Master Planned Unit Development (MPUD). The land is currently owned by ‘The Order of Saint Benidict of Florida’ a religious institution and leased to a golf course operator.
