Our Uptown location is a former department store, built in 1960 as part of the Kaiser Center complex. We have repurposed this historic building in beautiful and inventive ways to create flexible workspace and event space to meet the needs of a wide range of individuals and companies, small and large. We have innovative plans to accommodate flexible usage for companies relying on a hybrid workforce, and support remote workers in their need to be productive. Our private offices can be rented by the day, by the month, or on a timeshare basis, depending on your needs. We also offer hotdesk coworking, dedicated desks, team spaces, office suites, and much more. Our onsite event management team can accommodate gatherings from 10-500 people in various spaces, including equipment rental, catering, and event staff to make your event a huge hit! We are one block from 19th Street BART station, and have a great terrace overlooking Lake Merritt, which is a great space to top up your Vitamin D, or have an open air meeting on a warm day. Secure bike parking is available inside our building. Free beer, coffee, tea, and other refreshments are available to members. We have a large space inventory, with over 30 private offices, ample dedicated and floating desk space, flexible team spaces, and more. We also have some private suite options ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet. All our spaces include superfast wifi, mail and small package handling, and onsite staff to help with all your day-to-day needs. Bookable conference rooms, larger event spaces, phone booths, and other private and semi-private spaces are available for team activities and customer meetings.
