It's located in central Arkansas approximately 1-hour from the state capital of Little Rock. In addition to tourism, the hotel also benefits from a series of baseball tournaments hosted in the area during the shoulder seasons.

Grow Group Bookings: the hotel's conference center is currently underutilized; the hotel is a 1-hour drive from Little Rock and there is opportunity to book corporate retreat groups as well as weddings and family reunions.
Oil/Natural Gas Production: Heber Springs lies on the eastern edge of the Fayetteville Shale, a major natural gas source.
