Brice Wells, First Vice President
Brice Wells is a First Vice President within CBRE’s Brokerage Services division. Mr. Wells also found time to intern at Emerson Partners, Inc., a firm specializing in commercial real-estate investing, where he prepared presentations for investors, facilitated office tours, and handled bank reconciliations for the accounting department.
J Scott Moore, First Vice President
J. Scott Moore serves as First Vice President with CBRE and is responsible for the firm's Fort Worth industrial and office agency leasing practice. Mr. Moore leverages his 10 years of broad experience and market knowledge in the DFW industrial market to create solutions for owners and corporate clients – whether tenant or landlord representation, site selection, acquisition or disposition work.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Moore spent 10 years with Holt Lunsford where he leased over ten million SF throughout the metroplex.
