Other notable tenants within the surrounding area include Target, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Big Lots, Starbucks, Kmart, Office Max, among others. The property has quick access to major thoroughfares around the immediate area such as Interstate 4, US 441 and Florida’s Turnpike. Florida’s Turnpike is a north-south toll road that runs approximately 312 miles through 11 counties in the Florida peninsula. Florida’s Turnpike is considered one of the busiest highways in the country.
