The Tamiami Trail Commercial Site is now part of the new Urban Corridor just approved by the Manatee County Commission in one of the highest traffic count areas in Manatee County. The site is close to several major national retail chains such as Lowes, Office Max, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Rooms-To Go. The potential GC--General Commercial zoning for the entire site will allow for a variety of usages including retail, office, and industrial. Currently, the front two-thirds of the property is zoned GC/General Commercial and the back one-third of the property is zoned RSMH-6/Residential.
