Justin Felix, Senior Transaction Manager
Justin Felix is a Transaction Manager specializing in major industrial and logistics clients. He joined Colliers along with Vice Chair Andy Lubinski with a focus on major industrial properties in secondary markets—as well as projects in the food production and climate-controlled warehousing sectors. Together, Mr. Felix and Mr. Lubinski provide an array of services to industrial clients with diverse needs throughout the region and the country—including disposition, site selection and tenant representation. Justin & Andy have successfully completed more than 33 million sq. ft. of transactions since 2015, which includes leasing the largest available distribution center in the state of Iowa in 2018. He holds real estate licenses in MN, WI & IA.
Dan Lesinski, Senior Vice President
Dan Lesinski joined Colliers in 2024 with 14 years of real estate experience. He specializes in industrial leasing, tenant representation, and investment sales, focusing on properties throughout the St. Louis metropolitan region. Dan is deeply familiar with the area’s key tenants, owners, lease expirations, and transactions, providing his clients with a strategic advantage in every deal.
Throughout his career, Dan has represented clients including Industrial Commercial Properties, Sealy & Company, Tenneco, Trans-Lux, Distribution Management, Inc., Owens & Minor, Menasha, and RMR Group. Before joining Colliers, he served as Senior Managing Director at Newmark Zimmer, where he focused on industrial properties across the St. Louis market.
Dan is an active board member of United 4 Children, a local nonprofit supporting early childhood and after-school programs. He also serves on the alumni board and coaches ice hockey at Christian Brothers College High School. Dan lives in Kirkwood, Missouri, with his wife, Heidi, and their three children: daughters Elaine and Avis, and son Dan III (“Sonny”).
