The present building has a historical prominence in the area having been built in around 1870, and prior to being in its present ownership form, was the former Geest Social Club for many years. Prior to that use, we understand, the property was a Club and Premises. The main building is of brick / slate construction with stone embellishments. The rear building is of brick construction with a felt flat roof.
