Located just one mile south of the historic Downtown Dade City, this property was a part of a three property portfolio of small mobile home parks owned by a local investor and had been the subject of a recently completed bank foreclosure action. Concurrent with the mortgage default, in early 2017, Pasco County Code Enforcement initiated an enforcement action against the park owner (who also owned all of the mobile homes in the park), related to the poor and deteriorating condition of the mobile homes and this action resulted in a demolition order being issued in November 2017. As platted, the property includes 26 lots which are 50'x125' and contains a total area of 162,500 sq. ft.+/- or 3.73 acres+/- exclusive of road rights of way.
