Exterior fenestration includes glass in aluminum frame at the primary entry and metal paneled in steel frame doors. Windows are fixed dual pane storefront type in wood frames. The kitchen and preparation areas are equipped with but not limited to a commercial grade exhaust hood with suppression system, two, stainless steel mid-rise coolers, two, “visi” drink coolers, a standard residential type refrigerator, a 48-inch commercial grade refrigerator, an ice maker, two double ovens, a six-burner range, two surface flat top grills, two compartmental gas fired deep fryers, two compartment counter top deep fryers, a stainless steel dishwasher system, a three basin stainless steel dish washing sink, two basin stainless steel compartmental food preparation sink, stainless steel food preparation table, a soft drink dispenser, two dual heat lamps, two double bin food warmers, a standard residential type toaster, a microwave, two cash registers, 8 x 8 walk-in cooler, 8 x 8 walk-in freezer and a washer and dryer. The entire premises are climate controlled by two, ten ton and one, five ton heat pump systems. Site improvements include but are not limited to the hardscape improvements of concrete sidewalks, concrete curbing, concrete paved entry drives, drive through lane and parking for approximately 18 vehicles. Landscaped improvements include but are not limited to varying flowering bushes and shrubs around the building perimeter and grassed areas. A pylon type property identification sign is located at or near the site eastern boundary fronting along Montgomery Street.
