The area is also proximate to Echo Park and Silver Lake, two of the most dynamic neighborhoods in the city. Ian’s responsibilities include oversight of financing and acquisitions as well as asset management.  Since joining Unilev in 2008, he has played an integral role in the acquisition of more than $500 million or real property in multiple sectors and has secured upwards of $600 million of debt.

Prior to joining Unilev, Ian was a Vice President in Countrywide Commercial’s lending group and earlier in his career, an analyst at RAIT Investment Trust.  During his time at Countrywide and RAIT, he underwrote and closed more than $1 billion of fixed and floating rate loans and more than $350 million of bridge and mezzanine loans.

Ian holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
