Woodstone at Metro North Crossing – 250-unit luxury apartments. 98% leased.

- Tenants include Third Street Social (a high-end local restaurant), Thai Orchid (local Thai restaurant), HOTWORX, Bloom Nails & Spa, Select Physical Therapy, Hull House Coffee.
- Third Street Social is on pace to do $6M in sales in their first year.
Woodstone Phase 2 – Breaking ground Summer of 2025. 110 luxury apartments with more retail/restaurant space (building F on the attached). At completion, will bring our total MF unit count to 360.
Macy’s Building – we acquired the building from Macy’s in May of this year and are repurposing with new tenants. A furniture concept and a kids entertainment concept on a portion of the upper level.
T-Shotz – 52,000 square foot golf entertainment venue that opened in October of 2020.
Whataburger – opened December 2022. Was the #1 performing Whataburger in the KC metro in 2023.
Hawaiian Bros Island Grill – opened January 2023. #1 performing H Bros in the KC metro in 2023.
