This building is in the middle of Up-Town Greenville. It is directly across the street from the Blount Harvey Jefferson Building and in the center of the Up-Town Art and Dining district. This site is next to the Emerge art gallery and there are 5 restaurants on the block. This location is a parade route and a has a lot of foot traffic. The sidewalks are wide enough for displays and there is a green space feature in front of the building with brick seating. The trees in front of the building are decorated with white lights. Many of the building are being renovated and there is a pharmacy opening up across the street.
The price quoted is for the space as it is. However, we will build to suit our tenant and or allow the tenant to do so. A longer term lease may be required for an up-fit or for any improvements that the tenant wants to make.
