ABOUT MIRACLE MILE, CORAL GABLES
Miracle Mile is an upscale retail district that lies in the heart of Coral Gables. The city offers extensive low-rise retail that is nestled in palm trees, providing a genuinely tropical allure. The Miracle Mile retail locale is a half-mile stretch on Coral Way, on the North part of the City, between LeJeune Road and Douglas Road. Coral Gables greatly benefits from median significantly higher than Miami average household incomes, and the city also has a sizeable office node.
The Miracle Mile retail locale is attractive to tenants because of Coral Gable’s booming demographics, its popularity with many of Miami’s 17 million annual visitors, its proximity to the University of Miami's main campus, walkability, lower traffic congestion, and beautiful surrounding residential neighborhoods. This retail locale recently got infrastructure upgrades, as well as sidewalk widening, should increase foot traffic to street-side businesses.
