Nokomis Center is located in the Powderhorn Community of Minneapolis in the Bancroft neighborhood. The area’s services and shops are primarily located on 38th and Bloomington Avenue. Bancroft is home to amenities including the Chicago Avenue Fire Arts Center, Bancroft Meadows Park, Bancroft Meridian Garden and restaurants such as Funky Grits and Tiny Diner. Powderhorn Park, Lake Hiawatha and Lake Nokomis are a 5-10 minute walk away featuring beautiful lakes, green space and scenic biking and hiking trails.
