Those who vacation at this rental also have the ease of transportation since the Anna Maria Trolley has pick ups right around the corner! Very few Vacation Rentals in this area can you see Sunrises and Sunsets! The Bird's Nest includes 4 large 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom units with three balconies. Two balconies are located on the first level and a third balcony right off the master bedroom. Each vacation rental has two levels with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom with private restroom (with bathtub) on the first level. One balcony is located right off the living room with the gulf views and the second has bay views off the second bedroom. A stairway will introduce you to a large master bedroom suite on the second level with a private restroom (with shower), walk in closet, sit down powder area, and a private balcony with gulf views. Located on the ground level each suite has a covered parking area that can fit about two cars. Additional parking is located on the property for more guests. Also directly across Gulf Drive is public parking as well. Property is zoned for weekly rentals. Per the current owner during off season he charges $1500 a week for each vacation rental. During season (approx. December to end of April) his weekly rentals go up to $2300 to $2500 a week. Very Tough to find an investment like this one.
