At one time this was a Mobile Home Park located by East Brush Creek but it has not been that for over 20 years. The property sit vacant and the previous owner bought it and repurposed into an RV Park. I bought it in 2014 and brought in 2 Efficiency Rentals to diversify the RV Park and doubled the services at each service pole of which there are 7 and one is occupied by a Rental Unit and the other one shares the electric and the other pole. Very nice setting by the creek with a lot of trees and shade and no neighbors. Outside of City limits of Stillwater but the Park has Stillwater City Water and Electric. Payne County just finished a County owned and operated Sewer line that runs along the front of the property for someone who might be interested in expansion in the future. It is easy to mow and we have had the trees trimmed and the area by the creek cleaned out for aesthetics. I have not promoted the RV Park outside of signs on Highway 51 and Craigslist postings. It is a great location just 2 miles from Highway 177 and the Intersection of Highway 51. Stillwater has developed the west side on Highway 51 and is not focused on the developing the east side of Highway 51. A new Senior Living Center is being constructed less than 1/2 miles to the west of the RV Park. The Payne County Fairgrounds will not start developing their property with the addition of the Sewer System since their Lagoons were at full capacity with no room to add another one. The Payne County Commissioner for this area is Kent Bradley and his office is at the Fairgrounds. He is very knowledgeable about current and future developments for his District where the Rv Park is located.
