Office building was built in 1942 as a small beach hotel. In 1983 it was completely gutted, reshaped inside, re-plumbed, re-wired into five suites, two rooms, two room living quarters, office and laundry room. Four of these face the ocean. At the same time they built a new building on the adjacent lots housing 10 suites and 5 rooms. Fourteen of them have private balconies. All suites have a small but full kitchen. Between 2010 and 2012 the entire motel was updated with new kitchen appliances, sinks & faucets, cabinets, bath vanities, sinks & faucets, tub glass enclosures, entry door's with key card locks, and sliding glass balconies doors. Air and heat units last about 5 to 7 years ,about 5 are replaced each year. Roof was new in 2010 with a forever limited warranty. Rated at 135 mile per hour rating.
