ABOUT THE PROPERTY
I have a small office downtown Huntington Beach directly on Main Street about 4 blocks up from the Pier. The office is approximately 20 x 15 with a private bathroom and a sliding glass door that can be used for fresh air. The unit has a wall heater which can be used during cool winter days as well. I am looking for someone who is trustworthy and reliable who would like to sublease the space from me on a month to month agreement. The rental cost does not include electricity which will be an additional $50 per month and WIRELESS INTERNET for an additional $50 (if needed). I will only visit the space if and when I have permission from the co-renter.
