Dodson Schenck, Executive Vice President
Dodson Schenck joined CBRE|Triad in October 2004, as Managing Director of the Greensboro/Winston-Salem region of North Carolina. His responsibilities include an active brokerage role and oversight for the market’s brokerage operations. In 2016, Dodson was also named the Director of Industrial Services for the Triad and Raleigh markets. Mr. Schenck is an active member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Carolina’s SIOR chapter and served as the Carolina’s Chapter president in 2013. He is also a past president of the North Carolina CCIM chapter.
