Explore an exciting opportunity to collaborate with Fox's Den Kung Fu! We would love to host your wellness or fitness business during our off hours. We train from 5PM-9PM Tuesday-Thursday, Friday from 2-6:00PM, and 10AM-12PM on Sundays. However, all other times are available for running your preferred fitness classes or events! The training floor is ~700sq ft, and fully equipped with 1 inch tatami mats, mirrors, and a water fountain with bottle filler. There is a single, ADA-compliant bathroom, 11 onsite parking spaces, and ample space to train outside, as well as inside. The kitchen includes a usable refrigerator and microwave, as well as a table with four chairs for relaxing before and after class. The school maintains 10 BOSU Balls, 10 Steel Maces, kicking shields, and Muay Thai pads, available for use. We are open to renting space monthly, hourly, or give you priority space anytime during our previously listed off hours. $100/hr for a single event $350/month for a class 2 days a week $500/month for a class 3 days a week $1000/month for a fully shared space, with access anytime outside our class hours All our listings are month-to-month, no contracts!
