Shannon also served on various committees to enhance the professional image of Realtors, as well as serving as a Director for two years for the Multiple Listing Service of Greater Kansas City.
There have been many positive accomplishments for Shannon over the last 30 +/- years. He has approximately three years of Residential and Commercial Appraisal experience, having completed the required ninety hours of education to take the appraisal license test, other opportunities arose that led him to his current position as Vice President with CEAH Realtors.
Prior to joining CEAH, Shannon was with another Kansas City commercial real estate firm for 7.5 years. During this time period, Shannon has managed a real estate investment portfolio for a local investment group that has consisted of as many as 15 multi tenant properties in excess of 160,000 square feet, 45 +/- tenants, with a value of over $15 million dollars and revenues in excess of $1.5 million dollars per year.
In addition to Shannon’s management responsibilities, he has been the lead Leasing and Sales agent for multiple property owners and helped many Tenants, as well as Buyers, in their search of Leasing and or purchasing property. In his free time, Shannon enjoys riding bicycles, his Harley Davidson Heritage Softtail Classic motorcycle, making home improvements, playing billiards, and spending time anywhere he can scuba dive.
