This building is the oldest and most unique law building in Beverly Hills. It was built in 1947 and was designed by the noted architect Rowland Henry Crawford who also built the Los Angeles Times-Mirror Company Building at Second & Spring Streets in Los Angeles, and the Brentwood Country Mart, amongst many other notable projects. The Building has been honored by many publications, listed in the Thomas Guide as a "building of distinction", been profiled in American Builder Magazine, with feature articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal, The Beverly Hills Citizen Newspaper, etc.
