Rare Turnkey Seacoast Inn and Special Event Center ! Built in 1885, this turn of the century Bed and Breakfast hosts up to 22 guests over night in its newly remodeled 7 bedrooms and 7 baths(5 en suite). Wrap around porch, grand foyer, commercial kitchen, dining room for functions and daily breakfast for guests. A cozy living room shares a fireplace with the bar and lounge area which extends out to the enclosed 3 season room. There is a rear entrance for easy access to the meeting room, office, laundry room, basement, and service entrance to the kitchen.
The Inn is rented for special events and functions for up to 70 guests who may rent one room, the whole first floor or the entire inn i.e. family reunions, weddings, business meetings, girls weekends, etc. Catering is also available for breakfast meetings,luncheons, dinners, or apps and drinks.
The annex building contains an additional two bedroom apt that can be rented or used as a managers/owners quarters with garage. On the other side of this building the prep kitchen and bathrooms are close for functions under the permanent special event structure with seating for up to 150 guests. There is an open air bar (lounge area that extends onto the lawn)between the annex building and this out door venue. A gazebo with plenty of room on the lawn for open air ceremonies The event area or the main house is only steps away.
The "rose way" and garden serves as the perfect entrance to the elegantly detailed event venue. The woodwork and chandeliers add to all its charm with plenty of room for tables, chairs, buffets, dancing and entertainment (many flexible floor plans)Events that have been held include art shows, fashion shows,wedding receptions,dances, business meetings/parties. birthdays,bereavements, etc.
