Brodman is ideally located across the street from the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital and within walking distance to the River Walk at Central Park, offering Tenants an array of nearby restaurants and retail. Great location, easy access, beautiful updated building, wonderful management, friendly Tenant culture. The Brodman Building was almost immediately 100% occupied upon it’s delivery in mid-2016 and rarely has Tenant turnover. Current Tenants are very satisfied with their spaces, the beautiful building, and great property management. There is an extremely high level of Tenant satisfaction which is due to many factors — quality building, finish-outs, reasonable rates, ideal location, great Landlord — and so take advantage of leasing the last available space (which one lucky Tenant will reap the benefits of not having to spend money on the already premium updated finish out!) as opportunities to lease in The Brodman are rare. *FYI: If you are unable to lease this space for whatever reason (already leased, too small, timeline) but are still looking for a space, the Landlord is actually in the process of designing his next Professional Centre in Flower Mound which may be a good fit for you.
