A Neighborhood CenterDevelopment The Project: The Shops of Kelly Mill is a 15,186-square foot neighborhood center with restaurant, showroom, retail, and specialty shop space located at the corner of Kelly Mill and Bethelview Roads in Cumming, Georgia.
