Ryan resides in Greensboro with his wife and three kids. He enjoys skiing, water sports, and traveling in his spare time.
Raffi Simel, Director
Raffi Simel focuses exclusively on office leasing, sales and advisory services at Cushman & Wakefield. Based in North Carolina, he joined the firm in 2013. Previously, he was a financial advisor with UBS Financial Services, Inc. Raffi was a UAA All-Conference golfer at Emory University and earned his MA from Tel Aviv University.
